Tour Terms and Conditions

TOUR OPERATOR

The Tour operator is MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR address as  Gulbahar Mah . Sutculer Sok No :1 Mecidiyeköy Şişli İstanbul TURKİYE .

Initially the tour participatory must read and accept our terms and conditions as contractually binding.

No booking form enters our reservation system without the customer having accepted terms and conditions.

REAL RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS

The Tour  booking deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is 1000 Euros / person. This deposit secures a place on the tour.

 The mentioned  balance must be paid min. 45 days before the start of the tour.

 The tour price includes hotel accommodation in double or twin rooms as mentioned before.. Single tour will pay the single room supplement.

CANCELLING CONDITIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to  200 Euro per person cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit of tour costs: 59-40 days, 20% of tour cost; 39-20 days, 30% of tour cost; within 20 days, 100% of tour cost.

Up to two weeks prior to the tour start, MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR can cancel the tour if a sufficient number of customers for the particular tour is not reached. In this case the customer will be notified forthwith and his payment refunded in full, which constitutes the full settlement.

VIOLATING TRAFFIC RULES AND MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR REGULATIONS

All the  tour participants must be  respectful of the other tour members in the group to maintain a positive tour atmosphere for all tour participants.  If TURUNCU MOTOR deems that a tour member is having a negative effect on the tour group dynamics by : riding in a dangerous manner, not complying with traffic laws or the requirements for group travel, being unpolite, being conflictive, purposely provoking others in group etc., and is taking away from the enjoyment of others on the tour, MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR reserves the right to remove the tour member from the tour without refund.

                

MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR Responsibility

MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR is responsible for providing the services in the tour description according to the local standard and the accurate description of services offered in its literature. MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR carefully selects and constantly monitors its contractors, such as hotels and restaurants. MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR is responsible for conscientious travel preparations. MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR is not responsible or liable for any accidents.

Furthermore, it is agreed and understood that the owners, operators and agents of this tour, including MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR are not the guardians of any customer’s safety and they, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the operation or the client’s participation in connection with the tour, which might result in injury, death, or other damage to the client, his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns.

ALTERATİONS  TO TOUR  SCHEDULE

Tours operate on seasonal basis and where seasonal variances and/or weather conditions cause changes in the tour routing and accommodations, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly and alternate hotels, restaurants and roads will be used.

Photos and videos produced by TURUNCU MOTOR on tour are the property of MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR The copyrights are held by MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR reserves the rights  to use all such material for advertising and marketing purposes, including images in which individual tour members can be recognized, without the tourmember being entitled to make any claim against MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR for this use of material. This right would be annulled in the case of an explicit request by the client not to use photographs in which he/she appeared. This request will only be valid if it is issued before the start of the Tour.

INSURANCE

MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR recommends that you take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance . 

Cancellation (total or partial) and rescheduling

If the cancellation (total or partial) is received more than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period 50% of the deposit will be returned; from 30-15 days prior to the start of the rental period 50% of the full rental amount will be returned, 15 days or less prior to the start of the rental period 0% will be returned.
It is possible to change your rental dates one time only for a surcharge.

 THE SURCHARGE TO CHANGE DATES IS 20% OF THE ORIGINAL RENTAL COST WITH A MINIMUM OF 100 EUROS

In case of Force Majeure:

In the case that a motorcycle rental cannot started or is interrupted once started, for motives of Force Majeure outside the control of MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR and  the client, as could be the case of a natural disaster, prolonged strikes, world health alert, war,  the policy of MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR is:

-If the rental has not begun yet, MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR reserve the right to hold all money paid by the client for the rental at the moment of cancellation and apply the full amount as a credit to be used towards a future rental.

– If the rental has begun and has to be interrupted, MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR reserves the right to hold all money paid by the client for the rental and apply the proportional unused money as a credit towards a future rental.

OBLIGATIONS OF HIRER

The hirer shall use the motorcycle with due care and attention, observe the appropriate technical codes of practice and operating instructions as well as ensure road safety. The Hirer shall comply with legal requirements especially the provisions of road traffic regulations. The hirer is responsible for complying with drive and health regulations, including having a valid passport, a proper health insurance and a UE driver´s license or an International Driver´s license for the duration of their stay. The hirer shall be liable for the payment of all administrative fees, fines and penalties that are attributed to his/her use of the motorcycle.

Liability of the Hirer for Damage

From the moment of transfer through to return of the motorcycle, the Hirer shall be liable to the Renter even for the slightest negligence/carelessness in terms of the demise (including the loss or confiscation) of the motorcycle as well as for all damage (such as accident or operational damage, damage as the result of improper use and damage that reduces the value of the motorcycle) that occurs beyond the scope of normal wear of the motorcycle during the rental period. In the case of damage to the rental motorcycle, the Hirer shall be liable for the costs of repair, invoicing and return actually incurred or defined by an expertise appraisal as well as for the costs of expertise, the reduction in technical and market value up to the amount of the damage deductible option chosen. The burden of proof of lesser damage shall lie with the Hirer.

 

Requirements in the Event of Accident or Any Other Damage

If damage or loss occurs, as well as in the event of damage or accident, the Hirer shall be obliged to notify the Renter immediately by telephone. Towing and/or repair services are to be called in only after obtaining the consent of TURUNCU MOTOR . The police must be notified immediately in the event of an accident. Evidence (witnesses, track marks, etc.) is to be secured, the personal data of those involved recorded and everything must be done that can contribute to correct and complete clarification of the sequence of events..

 Insurance

All the  motorcycles are insured with a liability insurance company that TURUNCU MOTOR trusted and agreeded and Comprehensive vehicle insurance. MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TURKEY TURUNCU MOTOR advice participants take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance.

Rental Conditions

All the participants must have a valid motorcycle operater licence and must have a riding experience on heavy weight Motorcycles .

SAFETY GEAR

All the tour participants must have protective safety gear such as  ; Helmet , boots , gloves and knees , elbows , shoulders protective gears.

General Remarks

• Our tours are for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 people. Min. If there is no participation, the tour is postponed to the next date.
• During our tours, you will be accompanied by a foreign language-speaking accompanist who knows the track and a technical staff.
• Tour prices are determined as accommodation for 2 people in double rooms. The private room fee is 170 Euros per night.
• The deposit amount for engines is 500Euro. It is not included in the tour price.
• Only one person will travel in the engines. The price will vary when there is an aftershock, and you can reach the price by selecting the aftershock option after choosing your vehicle.

Day 1: Istanbul – Çanakkale

• Distance: Approximately 300 km
• Accommodation: Çanakkale city center
• Highlights: Your adventure begins in the historic city of Istanbul, where East meets West. Ride through the beautiful Marmara region to reach Çanakkale. Explore the legendary ancient city of Troy and pay your respects at the Çanakkale Martyrs' Memorial.
• Route :On our way to Çanakkale, our first stop, we will have a short break in Tekirdağ. After our arrival, we will meet for free time and dinner.

Day 2: Çanakkale – Ayvalik

• Distance: Approximately 160 km
• Accommodation: Ayvalik
• Highlights: Continue your journey along the picturesque coastal roads to Ayvalik. Discover the charming Cunda Island, known for its narrow streets, old stone houses, and delicious seafood.
• Route: We will take a short break in Küçükkuyu via Güzelyalı, Ezine, Ayvacık and arrive at Ayvalık, our destination on the 2nd day.

Day 3: Ayvalik – Izmir

• Distance: Approximately 160 km
• Accommodation: Izmir
• Highlights: Travel south to the vibrant city of Izmir. Stroll along the famous Kordon Promenade and visit the iconic Clock Tower, soaking in the lively atmosphere of this Aegean gem.
• Route: We will leave Ayvalık and drive to Aliağa for a short break. We will have dinner and stay in Izmir, where we arrive.

Day 4: Izmir – Bodrum

• Distance: Approximately 220 km
• Accommodation: Bodrum
• Highlights: Head towards the stunning coastal town of Bodrum. Explore the impressive Bodrum Castle and enjoy the town's lively nightlife, rich history, and beautiful marina.
• Route: We will continue our journey starting from the Izmir highway, heading towards the D525 road from Germencik and taking a break by Lake Bafa. We will finish the day and have a nice meal in our destination, Bodrum.

Day 5: Bodrum – Marmaris

• Distance: Approximately 130 km
• Accommodation: Marmaris
• Highlights: Ride through scenic routes to the enchanting town of Marmaris. Relax on its beautiful beaches, explore Marmaris Castle, and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.
• Route: After a short break in Akyaka, we will arrive in Marmaris and have free time until dinner.

Day 6: Marmaris – Fethiye

• Distance: Approximately 130 km
• Accommodation: Fethiye
• Highlights: Continue your adventure to Fethiye, where you can visit the breathtaking Butterfly Valley and swim in the turquoise waters of Oludeniz.
• Route: After a short break in Göcek, we continue our route to Fethiye Ölüdeniz.

Day 7: Fethiye – Kas

• Distance: Approximately 110 km
• Accommodation: Kas
• Highlights: Journey along the stunning coastline to the quaint town of Kas. Discover its charming streets, ancient theater, and stunning sea views.
• Route: We take the Kaş road, which is a short but winding road. Free time until dinner at our destination, Kaş.

Day 8: Kas – Antalya

• Distance: Approximately 190 km
• Accommodation: Antalya
• Highlights: Conclude your tour in the beautiful city of Antalya. Explore the historic old town of Kaleiçi, relax on the sandy beaches, and enjoy the vibrant local culture.
• Route: We take a short break in Finike by following the coastal route and our destination is Antalya.
